Thanks Ron,
The realization that the spring for the grips would hide in the corner while the mainspring is doing its thing has sunk in. Thanks for the reassurance.
Just tried the results of a spring installation in what I'm calling my shooter--06AE .30, matching except mag and military style barrel,with different #. Used a MecGar and an fxo, each one twice,
and no issues--except prehaps my shooting abilities...
