I actually have 2 others with the same pattern and my notes say they are dutch.

Just so happens that I now have 4 of these with the same look and I got them at different times.

I am home and have my books, will look up in the Dutch Luger book, however, they could very well be from almost anywhere, but the big diamonds strikes a bell, but I caught remember?
