norme, well I almost never say never! But, the DE/63 magazines started about 6700d in the 1935 (G-Date) production and lasted until around 1000r of the 1937 production. Thus ALL of the 1936 production should be DE/63 Waffenamt Marked.
Regarding your 1937 magazine. The SE/63 magazines started around S/N 1r. The pistols were marked DE/63 & DE/63 from about 6300p until about 6000y, then they were marked SE/63 & DE/63 until about 1 ns. After that, until the end of the 1937 production, the inspection marks were SE/63 & SE/63.
Your X-Block 1937 should be marked with a double DE/63, while the magazine should be marked SE/63.
I would say it is about as possible to find a match of a 1938 magazine to a 1936 pistol, except the Waffenamt, as it is to located an exact match. Difficult, but possible!! I have found four matches for my Lugers.
