Not at all. My firend has a 1916 DWM bring back and it has no Nazi proofs on it. It was taken off an officer and as his father brought it back from Italy, it did not have the correct magazine. He also aquired a Polish Radom and this has Nazi marks on it. Somehow the gun had a loading tool with it also. This by the way was the first Luger I have ever seen. I fell in love with them ever since.
