Very interesting and informative thread.

I picked this one up at the Antique Arms show in Las Vegas in January. The seller's pitch was that the manual is rare and out of print but he forgot to mention that it was a reproduction. Probably just slipped his mind or he did not think it was important to mention it. So... now I'm a bit curious as to what a fair price range for this would be. The paper is glossy and the manual contains fold out tables I, II, and III. The "Contents" page is on the back of the first page. The printing on the cover is more uniformly black than the photo depicts and the dark marks on the right side of both photos are shadows of a piece of wood I was using to keep the pages flat for the pics.
