Have you noticed anything peculiar about sub MG's that fire from an open bolt??? I've fired several, at military FamFire exercises, and was quite surprised...I mentioned it in another thread; when you next visit this friend, fire an MP-40 or Thompson unsupported and tell us/me what you noticed...
