You load seems a little light to me, I sugguest if you want a working load (and again the parts all move easily with out binding ) is to take the load that is not functioning when hand held, and increasing it in steps 0.2 (2/10th) of a grain at a time and firing one round at a time to see if eject is consitant and the toggle locks back. When you find the magic load that locks the toggle back every time you are there (perhaps add 0.2) to that load incase you are shooting in cold weather. If you plan to shoot with the stock all the time, your load is fine as is. Make sure you dont go over recommended loadings (study of several manuals should tell you that) I personally use a load less than one grain increased over yours as my std non P load with a 124 gr bullet
