Default Nickle or Chrome?
Here is a quick & dirty way to tell if your plated handgun is nickle or chrome...

Hold it next to a chrome bumper on your motorcycle or truck/car...

Nickle will have a 'yellow-ish' cast to it...Conversely, the chrome bumper will appear 'blue-ish'...
