How do you tell what manufacture made a certain part? Through my travels in Germany I am starting to get a spare parts collection going. Other than looking at the font style on the parts is there any way to tell the difference between say a DWM side plate and one made by Kreighoff or Erfurt?
As my parts collection progresses, I may try to make a Frankenstein Luger where no number matches another.
