Default LUGER LARCENY

I read with great interest the postings regarding the person or persons at Guns America, and I don't believe that I'm beating a dead horse, when I say step back and look at this situation. It appears as though that someone has misassociated the actions of some people and transferred them to a non-living piece of machinery, namely the Luger pistol. maby if we step back and try for a moment to see why he feels that way(which in my opinion is way off base). Perhaps he or others in his family were injured by someone who carried a Luger. It would be no different than the decendants of the Clantons, disliking a Colt Peacemaker for what it represents to them. Or the people with family members who were killed by John Dillinger in their dislike for 1903 Colt pocket Pistols. The Luger represents nothing other than a great invention, created at least in our opinion, a genius. The gun was the first of it's kind to revolutionize the concept of an automatic pistol(I know about Hugo's invention) I would venture to guess that 99.9% of the Lugers collectors, buy Lugers for their beauty, complexity, and place in the evolution of the modern handgun, rather than something "cool" the Nazi Party used to kill innocent & not so innocent people. I am glad that someone brought the views of Guns America to my attention. I will therefore chose not to buy anything from this auction site. It's up to you if you choose to do so. Personally, I don't quite get how a business, whose primary objective, is to sell firearms, can have such a negative bias towards a particular gun make, design, or history. Every gun on their site, has had at one time, an example used by someone to kill an innocent person. Well go figure!

I have allready given this some good thought and can't figure it out from any viewpoint.

My Very Best To All, Now let's buy some LUGERS!
