Here is a specific fact. If this were a legitimate offering, the "owner" could have disposed of it with a single phone call to Rock Island Auction, James D. Julia, or Hermann Historica. In either one of these venues this "collection" would have grossed over a million dollars, preempting the need to solicit bids online. "If it seems to be too good to be true, it is."
