Default Unknown Mark

1937 S/42 all matching. Forward toggle/breechblock pin has a test proof (TP2) on the right end. (I also have a 1936 S/42 with the same proof on pin.) The breechblock has a "D" on the right side. Any idea on this? Also how common is a test proof on the forward pin?
