Achtung!!! The ejector is a spring and is not numbered...therefore replacement would not render it non matching.
If there is little or no pitting on the Erfurt (and it hasn't been refinished) I would go with it.. $550 is a pretty good price for a shootable Luger and even better if it might be collectable.
