Vlim's suggestion is what I have used for years for snap caps in calibers that are rare to find them. I buy those large pink desk erasers (like you used to use in school if you made as many mistakes as I did) and I use to have a piece of brass or steel tubing that was just the right size to jam down in the eraser and pull out a primer sized piece of rubber to glue into the primer pocket. They last for hundred's of snaps and then I just make another one...
