Derek, Yes, there was only one Great war to end all wars.

The wood you have is a hunkahunk O burnin junk. Bubba's attempt to keep the spring from popping out.

I suggest contacting GT Tomek of Phoenix and getting him to install one he makes that cannot be told from an original. You will then have a fine mag once again.
