I recently had some doubts about the bottoms of the original Mags that came with my 1970's Mauser some were beginning to wobble dangerously in their sockets so I asked G.T. to put new aluminum bottom pieces in and also ordered some nickel mags from him. The black ones look better than I thought with the aluminum bottom and they also have the last 4 of the serial number stamped in
although that's just a gimmick. The nickel mags also look good although they are of course of a different style., but the gun is a shooter and all magazines work very well now.
