I have had several Lugers with a light trigger pull and both had ballpopint pen springs for a trigger spring. The owners had lost the small stout original trigger spring and had replaced them with ballpoint pen springs. Actually worked pretty well but the trigger pull was very light. Take a look and see what's in there for a trigger spring just to make sure before you do anything drastic.
