Needing ID, date and valuation on P-08 police holster
I picked up this holster some time ago and would like some of the usual info. on it, approx. date of mfg, commercial or gov't. issue, current market valuation, what date/mfg. of Luger belongs inside of it, etc.
This is a black leather P08 holster with the police style strap. There is no date observed. On the back is the stamped # of 5805, with no other markings noted on the outside. Inside of the cover is marked in ink "Hofler-u.Ledor??????????brik.Zeitz " and S. L. V. Saele" and Zeitz" Also and overstamp of "767" and an amateur ink mark of "HK" with those 2 letters being combined. Condition is about average, no damage but showing use.
