LugerDoc, Thanks Again. the bore looks to me to be as good as the rest of the gun. I will wipe it out and let you know. I might also be interested in driving to St. Charles and have you vouch for this gun's condition and replace the spring. I have priced it based on an almost twin at one of the dealers, and then reduced that price by abt 15%. I tried to call you this am. I am leaving for TX today to baby sit 3 g-kids for 2 weeks. I'll be back in Mo. the 14th.
