Which other forum are you talking about? Is it Jan Still's, if so, many members here are members there.
This information on the sear and mag safeties is in the FAQ and in several books, and will be in our new police luger book, besides assorted threads here on the forum.
The mag safety was not working right and it was declared that it should be removed, some were totally removed, others only partially removed by clipping the ends.
