Relining can be done very professionally and the end result is barely noticeable.
However, the process is not without potential problems, setup is very critical to accuracy, and this is often lost .
There are different ways to bed the liner, ask before you buy to be sure you get what your after.
A liner can be just rifling, the old chamber left as is, or it can be rifling and chamber.
You can bore a barrel from the rear and leave the crown unmolested this is very hard to spot if done correctly. Most just bore it all the way through. Some try to cap the crown to hide the new lining.
I would ask for references and actually contact them before sending my gun off to an unknown.
