I would say in its present condition $550-$650 as many folks would want to "tinker" with it.

With the problem fixed probably $700-$800

I would think that it could be several things, and yes, someone who KNOWSlugers should mess with it; most gunsmiths won't know what to check for.

Firing pin tip broken
Sideplate misalingment and it won't fire (most likely for my guns that I've had problems with)
Dirty as hell on the inside and things are just gummed.

Might be cheaper to sell as -is ??
