The condition really isn't that bad, so I do not think that reducing the value by a factor of 10 (take off one zero) is realistic. I also do not think the extractor is of the later "reinforced" Swiss type. As "drbuster" observed, this is not a Swiss gun, but an early Commercial as confirmed by Dwight Gruber. The "dryer box" notwithstanding, it is a decent early gun in what appears to be original condition that is worth at most around 30-40% of the asking price, i.e. $7000 or a bit less. I bought a similar condition 1900 Commercial in the same serial number range, without all of the neat extra goodies, for $3000.
