I once worked on one that would fire 4 rounds at once, kinda scary. There might be some slippage at the sear bar firing pin contact point. Check both of those parts. Also, if the trigger is releasing at a point when it almost contacts the back of the trigger guard/frame, the vibraton from the toggle cycling could be causing it to kind of "bump fire"
