Kevin, Congratulations..As the other Members have indicated... you did well. I would value your holster at $250-300. It looks to be in good solid condition. It is a WW1 era holster and is approaching 100 years old. It is a valued collectable artifact and I suggest you do not put your pistol in it. Get a soft gun rug for your pistol. Certainly don't wear it with the pistol in it. The belt loops will not stand much stress.
It looks smooth and is not cracked or flaking. I wouldn't put anything on it. Store it in a dark dry place with nothing to crush it. Maybe gently fill it with a couple of plastic grocery bags. Don't stuff it..the linen thread these were made with is a plant fiber and can easily tear out.

Shoot your pistol often if you can.
