Ernie, I do not think Ron is "appraising" your Luger, he is just giving you reality. Common DWM 1916's by themselves with out the rest of the rig no matter how nice they are do not get over $1500. Now, if you had a matching mag, tool and a nice holster the price will jump. Add in a unit mark now you are getting up there. Curt
