I must say he did a pretty fair job of cleaning it up. I did not think it could clean up that well. I see I have much to learn on how well a older well worn Luger can clean up. I still feel I would not have bid(with commision) $1,700 for it after cleaning. I will keep a eye on the auction to see what it brings. Thanks for the update.
