It's made by "GUNSLICK Pro"
the name of the product is "Foaming Bore Cleaner". You just spray it into the barrel, let it soak for 13-30 minutes, then clean it out.
They claim it cleans out copper and powder residue effortlessly.
I'm scared those chemicals could maybe harm the outer surface of the luger.
