My first impression would be to field strip the gun and completely clean it. The design simply does not allow for full auto fire unless there is debris or obstructions in the mechanism, which would create this condition.
Another option is to completely field strip and photograph all the parts in the sear/trigger assemblies so we can see if anything has been modified or tampered with....
