Al,

The Luger is a VOPO (East German Police), captured by the Russians and then issued to the Volkspolizei after the war. It's not common to find them with Simson toggles, that's a plus. The grips are East German replacements commonly found on VOPOs.

The 1914 is marked to the Police School in Westfalen. Issued during the Weimar period, post WWI.
