It is a Banner Luger, not just a police luger. This was a commericial gun that went into police service. With the date of 1941 it went into army and issued to the police.


It is worth about $1500 to $3000, depending on who wanted it; as a banner is rare and a police even more so...


Be advised that "fixing" a problem like this is not acceptable to most true collectors. Yes its done, but whats the difference of "fixing" something like this and rebluing the entire gun?
