The 1920 stamp does not represent a rework. It was stamped to identify it as property of the state. There is no knowing when the Efrurt toggle was added, but the lack of armory or other marks (and the facrt that it retains its Navy barrel) suggest that it was not the result of any government refurbishment program.

Imho the starting price is not bad if you are interested in a dogged-out mostly-Navy shooter.
