It looks like the serial number is 9561, which would make it later than the US test guns. The indentation in the right grip looks like it was crushed rather than cut in...very odd. Also, the catch on the frame for the toggle lock has worked loose and has moved partially out of its slot. It could come out completely and be lost. It should be secured with Locktite or silver solder...for goodness sakes do not let anyone use a pin punch to stake it into place! I have seen that done and it looks awful. I think Lugerdoc's price estimation is pretty much on target and probably toward the middle of that range.
