Very nice, I am just starting to collect American eagles (a marketing ploy, had nothing to do with a gov't contract or anything by the way).

Looks like a very nice one!

I would about gurantee it is in 7.65mm and not 9mm; the tapered barrel and also that no standard production 1900's were made in 9mm.

1900's were made in the early 1900's and before about 1910 time frame I believe.


Keep me in mind if looking to sell or trade it (but nothing close to 5k, I have not seen them actually sell for anything near that). Folks like 1900's, but they have a finite market of people wanting them. simpson's LTD has them from $1200 - $4500 and they are excellent refereneces for prices, as high end retail, take off from 25-40% for you trying to sell usually.
