Jon, etc. even though you are working with holsters, I can recommend a couple of products that remove odors - they are tested and designed for catterys, specifically for urine and territory marking. Therefore I am sure that it could and would work for this specific problem too. Most of these products are in the US. Will give telephone contact numbers. Ranked in order of best products first.

Tuff Oxi 310-574-3252; Urine Erase 519-285-2083 (Canada); Dumb Cat Antimarking 760-433-5696; Mother Nature's Odor R'mver 800-333-7254; and Odorzout Stop Odors Pet Powder 800-887-8465.

Even though baking soda can and will work, it does not work on some chemical compositions and it does not hurt to have a back up product! Good Luck, Ellie Burney
