I would have to agree with Frank,
At no time did he mention authentic, original, WW2, Nazi, etc. The Swastika attracts all kinds of people. They don't care if its original or WW2, they just want a Swastika.
Under the definition given, then every supply house providing reenactors with reproduction equiptment is "defrauding" them.
