I know of no telescopic sight for the Luger used in WWI or WWII. I found a photo of the ZF41 scope adaptation mentioned by Lugerdoc and Vlim on the web. The rare Sudicatis radium night sight for the LP08 and Gew98 was produced in 1917 in limited amounts but I do not know if they ever actually saw any combat time.
