Alvin, nice find!

Have been looking at revolvers, especially the 1850 - 1900 percussion versions as these can be had without a license (provided they are not modified to shoot anything other than blackpowder and meet other requirements).

But the nature of their 'free status' means they are getting quite expensive. Even a mere pocket colt is doing around 1000Eur, and the Colt 1850's and 1860's are all in the 2000 - 2500 Euro range.

A similar thing happened in Belgium with the exempted guns, like the Swiss military pistols (amongst them the Swiss lugers). They doubled in price overnight.
