Brent,
If this is being described or promoted as an "Arsenal Reblue", it isn't.
It has been buffed prior to refinishing. Buffing was not a practice used by any arsenal. It is and was an expedient and inexpensive method of removing the old finish and pitting used primarily by gunsmiths in the U.S., for a quicky cheap reblue.
The edges on the toggle and chamber top are rounded, they should be sharp and crisp. The same is true of the front of the frame and trigger guard. All lines and edges should be straight, sharp, crisp and clearly defined.
While this Luger may make for an okay shooter. It has absolutely no collector value left. At the most optimistic, it is at best a $400 gun. It is not an arsenal refinished gun.
