NRA Grading System defines (1) Factory New; (2) Excellent; (3) Fine; (4) Very Good; (5) Good; (6) Fair; (7) Poor.

The first four grades require "all original parts". Good allows "some minor replacement parts". Minor..... firing pin and grip panels probably qualify. Fair allows major parts replaced. Major.... sear cover, barrel may qualify.

Good could be collectible, depends on variation. Some variations are very rare. Context is important, IMO.

Better edit a little bit: The point is simple -- put both variation and condition into consideration. Not all variations are equal, so no single rule applies. I bet that's fair enough.
