While a lot of the variation in prices may be condtion, it is the little stuff that can really drive up the price. One that looks beat but was made by an obscure mfg. or year is worth a bunch, as are those with certain rare features or markings. Or an average Luger with matching numbered magazines is priced dramatically higher than a mis-matched mag. gun. And don't even get me started on 2 matching mags...
