Only the right grip has the screw hole, which is almost assuredly evidence of the Italian made aftermarket grips. I have always found these grips to be of very high quality and if it wasn't for the screw hole it would be hard to tell them from original. Of course, the left grip doesn't have the screw hole, but an original Swiss 06 W+F bordered grip would be cut for a grip safety.
