the first production number was 10.001001. it was first produced in 1970. the first 1000 numbers were reserved for prototypes and special production. the models in .30 cal are quite scarce. there were 16,220 produced in the 9mm version. all of these facts are the work of "the luger artillery--La Luger Artiglieria"
