Well, the nazi's were in power well before 1939...
They started to ensure the swastika was on many items, flags etc before Poland was invaded in 1939.
Although not a swastika, there was an eagle on K and G dates, also on 1936, 1937's?
Droop and straight eagles, but the proof wasn't a swastika?
They still were made by and for the nazi's.

So, my point is that the symbol for proof firing changed, but you are limiting yourself to what, WW2 lugers; which is a good thing as a collector.
Simply trying to find "nazi" marked items, well, thats not my thing
