I thought I knew how to do it but I am getting this error message

PHP Warning: require(./FileUpload.class.php) [<a href='function.require'>function.require</a>]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in C:\Inetpub\luger\lfupload\lfupload.php on line 28
PHP Fatal error: require() [<a href='function.require'>function.require</a>]: Failed opening required './FileUpload.class.php' (include_path='.;C:\php5\pear') in C:\Inetpub\luger\lfupload\lfupload.php on line 28

Any Clues?
