Default A 1940 42 Rig Turns Up

Just watched a nice rig walk into the local shop. The Vet's widow wants an evaluation in order to sell. Here are the particulars and I will include photos later today.

Holster:
Its all there no rips, tears or dry rot. Needs a little TLC
Marked:
PR&K Voegels
Koln-Deutz
1936
Large eagle over Waa234

Gun:
Really nice 85%+ original finish 1940 42 marked gun. All matching except mag
Serial: 9553 F
Has BROWN bakelite grips that look original and do not appear from the patina and verdigris to have been removed from the gun anytime recently. Would these be correct?
Magazines;
1) Waa37 and Marked with a 122 on mag body
Serial 2456 E
2) Serial 9801 W "+" and eagle over 63 on mag bottom, no marks on tube

Has eagle marked takedown tool as well.
Condition throughout appears un messed with and all original
Would like help valueing as soon as I can post photos.

Thanks
