Would John's Blueprint CD have that information??? I would think if a machinist had to make it, that would be included...

In German, of course...and maybe not Rockwell "C" scale...

Let's see...page 5 shows the toggle pin...I don't see anything that strikes me as anything but dimensions...

Might be elsewhere on the CD...

I wouldn't think the pins would be any harder than the parts they connected...if they were harder, the toggles themselves would wear more than the pins...it would make more sense to have all parts made from the same steel and hardened/annealed to the same specs, so that they would all wear equally...
