The only tool that should be used to adjust these types of sights is a screwdriver type device that has two appropriately sized pins spaced to fit the screws. Anything else will likely damage the screws.
Sorry but I do not have any magazines for sale, only the ones with my Lugers. If you need magazines, go to the for sale forum and contact LUGERDOC. He normally has magazines for sale.
