Es ist nicht fur ein Postman (Deutsche Reichspost / Postschutz).
Post war meaning they were made After WW2 (1946 - 2009)
For the magazine, the eagle with "63" is a WaffenAmt stamp. WaA... 3476 is the serial nummer, "W" being the suffix letter.
