Your Ideal stock/holster is in much better than average condition. The leather on most examples is pretty tired. It obviously has been well cared for, and apparently the Luger also as it looks to be in superior condition.
The Ideal holster and grips were originally manufactured in Ohio and operations later moved to California. It was patented in 1904, but all of the examples I have seen are marked "Patents Pending". Surviving examples are fairly scarce and in the conditon of yours will command a price well in excess of $2000.
